All our products are made in Utah, USA. Our facilities are located along the Wasatch Mountain Range.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $49 and charge a flat $10 for orders under $49. We ship UPS Ground and USPS out of our Salt Lake City area warehouse. We provide a tracking number within 1 business day by email to the email address provided with your order. Please look out for this email and add info@naturesdietpet.com to your address book to ensure you receive future updates from Nature's Diet. Packages generally arrive within 2-7 business days depending on your location relative to Salt Lake City, UT.

We are proud of our whole food, high quality, human-grade raw ingredients. We include a complete list of all ingredients on our packaging and we also share this information prominently on each of our product pages. Scroll down our product pages and directly underneath the picture of each product you’ll find the Nutritional Information Tab.

We love feedback. Many of our items and bundles originated from customer inquiries. We strive to continually expand healthy, whole food options for pets. We may not be able to add your suggested item immediately but we take feedback very seriously and you may see your idea on our website in the near future.

We understand that some dogs are picky eaters but we are unable to ship free samples on request.

Please include your name along with the Billing Address or Order #. Once received, the credit card or Pay Pal Account used to purchase will be credited for the cost of the product. For food safety reasons we are unable to offer returns on opened products.
